How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be discreetly packaged and sealed inside of a poly mailer. Only a label with your address and name on it

Can I return or exchange my product?
ALL SALE ARE FINAL If you are not happy with our product or services, contact our customer service team with your order number. Send an e-mail to weedapproach@gmail.com and we'll be happy to make things right!

How do I earn points?
To earn points you can:
  • - review a product for 100 points
  • - make purchases $10 spent will get you 10 points
Please contact us for more information on how to earn points in different ways.
What are your delivery hours?
  • We accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Orders are delivered between 12:00 pm and 11 pm.
Can I schedule my order for a different day?
Yes  you may order up to two days in advance. At the checkout, choose a delivery date and time that's suitable for your needs.

Payment and Delivery

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Interac e-Transfer or cash on delivery
Cut off times
  • 15 minutes prior to each time slot.
  • Example. If you select 12:00pm - 3:00pm and the payment option, Interac e-Transfer. We must receive your payment by 11:45am.
  • If you miss our last cut off window, then we will deliver your order the following day.
Why is my order taking longer than usual?
Your order is still on its way! Our delivery time slots are estimated times and factors such as traffic and order volume may affect these times. We will do our best to deliver your package in a timely manner.

How do I pay with Interac E-transfer
After you click the place order button on the checkout page you will receive the interac-e-transfer instructions. You will also receive an email with details. Please login to your online banking and fill in the details exactly as they appear.
